Administrative Assistant – Inventory Department

Salary:  $16 - $17/Hour

Hours:  8am-4pm (Monday- Friday)

Location:  North Toronto

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Inventory Team Department. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of Administration experience and knowledge of production process would be a definite asset.  This is a long term full time temporary position with potential to become permanent full time. 


  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and planning teams daily on product related issues, process Material Requisition Forms and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assume responsibility and accountability in inventory accuracy. Ability to prioritize and multitask on different requirements.
  • Ensured that all inventory stock adjustment and controls are accurately documented and processes daily.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both written/verbal)
  • Must be proficient with MS Office and MS Asset knowledge is an asset.
  • Be able to handle heavy boxes up to 40 lbs
