Reception Administrator

Join this provincial government agency in the key role of Reception Administration.

Downtown location / 1-year assignment

To $18.00 per hour

Showcase your excellent MS Office skills and your warm, welcoming communication and interpersonal skills as you provide administrative reception duties to this busy organization.

You are the face and the voice of the organization as you answer phones, greet visitors, provide information to callers and organize/track security, visitor and employee badges.

Your attention to detail and accurate computer skills are used to provide admin support to ad hoc projects and day to day administrative functions.
