Key responsibilities:
  • Extensive calendaring (for the President of this global firm) and key executives
  • Responding to inquiries in both French and English on behalf of the President’ s Office
  • Preparing written correspondence for internal and external use; in both French and English
  • Travel (domestic and internal; often complex in nature)
  • Meeting organization- scheduling and rescheduling
  • Tracking of action items
  • producing key sales reports
  • Co-ordinating translation requests
  • Preparing confidential documentation
  • Handling the vast amount of details that fly by on a daily basis.
