Customer Service Coordinator is required for a leading home builder in the GTA.
· Manage the day to day administration of home owner’s service request.
· Scheduling trades and contractors with home owners.
· Point of Contact to handle all enquiries internally and externally.
· Maintain customer files and provide immediate resolutions to customer concerns.
· 3 years of industry experience
· Sound Knowledge of Tarion guidelines, PDI and CPG.
· Proficient with NEWSTAR/REMS and Ms Office
· Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Location is Concord.
Maintaining customer loyalty is paramount for this position.
