Overview
Our client, a Human Resources Boutique firm with offices worldwide is adding an additional Executive Assistant to their team.   If you consider yourself results-driven and entrepreneurial then you might excel in this fast paced and interesting environment! 

Duties:

The primary responsibilities will include a combination of project management and executive secretarial support to 1 Senior Executive.
You will manage all aspects of multiple search projects  with a strong attention to detail. 
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars including travel arrangements for Executives and candidates. 
Create presentations, expense reports, correspondence as required. Update and maintain the CRM database with all marketing and client activities.
