Responsible to strategize, plan and execute customer-specific communications and initiatives to retain customer base, increase customer base and increase customer donations/allegiance and satisfaction.
Ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years work experience in building, maintaining marketing plans and tactics for loyalty and retention of customers in a not-for-profit industry
University degree in marketing, product or loyalty management
Leadership skills – people management expertise
5+years dedicated marketing experience with 2 years in a leadership or senior level position
