Due to continued growth they are currently looking for a VP, Sales and Relationship Management who is a strong leader and a strategic visionary.
In this role you will be responsible for a team of sales professionals (1 to 3) focused on executing strategies to increase business revenue through new client acquisition and developing long term client relationships for assigned segments and regions through collaborating with internal partners to drive lead flow and market opportunity at every phase of the sale. You will deliver presentations at industry events and conferences, drive the sales process through managing pipelines to attain sales goals, identify prospects through a consultative sales process and use your strong knowledge of the business to move opportunities through the sales process. You will also lead a sales team in achieving a relationship management strategy for their book of business by coaching and mentoring them on client issues and complex challenges and communicating sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the brokerage or investment/wealth management industry with the following credentials:
