ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT required for boutique property management company to be the first point of contact for their clients and tenants.    You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, handling mail, couriers, a variety of administrative type duties as required.    Your duties and responsibilities will cover a wide range of activities whereby you  will provide exceptional customer service to our Clients as follows:
  • Greet guests and walk-ins
  • Answer incoming calls in polite and courteous manner
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintain appearance of reception, kitchen and boardroom areas
  • Process client requests and follow ups
  • Maintain booking calendar for flex spaces available to clients
  • Maintain and manage digital and hard copy files
  • Prepare and send written correspondence
  • Send purchase orders to vendors
  • Maintain and manage facility keys
  • Maintain various logs and binders
  • Order office and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with building maintenance schedules and calendars
  • Communicate with maintenance and security teams
  • General computer work (word processing, excel, outlook, internet searches, etc.)
