If you like new technology, and enjoy assisting end users over the phone with computer support, this is a great combination role. Our downtown client is the largest automotive re-marketing service working with both Canadian and US wholesale car buyers. These dealerships purchase high volumes of cars weekly to put on their lots, and use a simulated auction site every day to purchase them. Your role will be to ensure each dealership is properly registered, has the proper licences, and has full end user technical support to make the buying function very easy.
*Excellent communication skills with 1-2 years experience in an in-bound call centre providing technical support for end users and general customer service for account maintenance.
*Proficiency with Word and Excel, and have the computer tech savvy to be able to troubleshoot while on the phone, and 40 wpm typing
*Create User accounts and grant appropriate permissions following established guidelines set out by management, and update dealership and user information
*On board new dealerships brought in through sales people and obtain all relevant information on each new Dealership across North America
This position is from 10am to 6pm.
