Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Our client, rated as a Top Toronto Employer is searching for an experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support their very busy Institutional Sales team.  If you enjoy a fast paced environment, want to be valued as an integral member of a team and are fluent in both English and French then this might be a fun role for you! You will support the day to day operations of the department by being the primary contact for all administrative needs, requests and inquiries  from the team.  You will liaise with external and internal clients, support the coordination of marketing campaigns, manage the process for sales reporting, prepare and revise presentations book all meetings using Outlook and participate in any ad  hoc  projects as they are assigned.  

 

Qualifications:

 

Bilingual  ( French and English)  (Written and Verbal)

Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative assistant role supporting a team.

Post secondary education ( college or university)

Highly motivated, eager to learn

Experience booking calendars with Outlook

Advanced working experience with  MSWord, Excel and  Powerpoint

 

Salary based on experience with Bonus and  RSP.
