Key accountabilities:

Invoicing and invoice adjustments

Tracking and updating department budgets;

Organizing meetings

Preparing reports

Maintaining department filing system

Uploading key documents into an e-Library

Special project work



Strong MS Office skills

Completed post secondary education

Great attitude

Fantastic communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Highly organized
