If you are passionate about user experience (UX), design and execution of digital marketing tools and calculators this might be the role you’ ve been looking for.  In this exciting newly created position you will own, design and manage website components, calculators, online portals for investors and advisors, mobile solutions and other digital solutions.  Our client is a well-respected leader in the investment industry that provides a fantastic environment for growth and a great corporate culture.


Job Responsibilities
  • Creating amazing online experiences by leading the development of tools, digital marketing platforms and applications on mobile and desktop.
  • Acting as a digital subject matter expert by leading and directing internal development partners.
  • Owning all online apps and tools while ensuring that all initiatives deliver value and consistent best-in-class user experiences.
  • Continuously review and evaluate existing tools, applications and digital marketing solutions to ensure they remain current and relevant for users.
  • Draw upon research, competitive information, and analytics to evaluate opportunities to improve solutions, resources and general presentation of existing tools and calculators.
  • Bring a wide range of digital marketing expertise to all projects, including specific knowledge such as mobile and programming languages, digital regulatory requirements, or emerging technology expertise.
  • Reviewing and signing off on requirements for projects.
  • Ongoing research into digital trends.


Education & Experience
  • University degree, preferably in a Digital Media or Marketing 
  • More than 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or enterprise-level website operations
  • Experience with web standards and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, Java, Flash, etc.) • UX (user experience) expertise
  • Knowledge such as mobile and programming languages, digital regulatory requirements, or emerging technologies
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking - understanding of industry trends, website usability, online communication methods, content presentation and mapping, and internet best practices
  • Project management skills, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple ongoing projects
  • A team player, detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable

  • Financial industry experience
  • Marketing Automation Tools/Systems experience such as Marketo, Salesforce or web analytics tools
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Java Script
  • Adobe Target
  • SQL
