Executive Assistant to President

Our client, a leader in the construction industry located mid town is searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a very busy yet very friendly President. In this role you will manage his extremely busy calendar, respond to other executives looking to schedule a time to meet with him, organise all travel and special events that the President has agreed to attend , prepare all powerpoint presentations, create proposals using marketing software, take minutes at meetings, liaise with clients and really manage any crises that can occur at any point during the day.  This organisation values its employees and offers many additional perks to provide a positive work environment.


Hours!  Monday to Thursday 8:30-5:30  Fridays 8:30-12:30pm.


Salary Range 60-65k Plus RSP



  • Post-secondary education and minimum 5 years of related experience providing support to a senior manager
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with all departments and at all levels of the organization, as well as with external clients
