Facilities/Office Administrator 

This high profile Etobicoke client is searching for an experienced  Office Administrator  with Facilities experience  to start on a temporary basis for 2 months and proactively support a busy Director of  Administration  and her team immediately. The last person in the role was promoted.    In this role you will be responsible for: organizing team events, completing all purchase orders and vendor invoice requests, preparing  expense reports, preparing  security access cards and ordering parking passes as required.    A variety of administrative   and facilities management experience will be critical to excelling in this very busy role!.


Required Experience:
  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • Knowledge of Financial processes required
  • 2 to 5 years experience in Administrative  and Facilities Management
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Experience with Great Plains is an asset

Monday - Friday  9 to 5.  Hourly wage  25  per hour
