Exciting New Investment Industry Opportunities

6 Month Contract with Potential to go Permanent!

Our client, a financial services company located Downtown, Toronto are hiring! They are looking for customer focused individuals who have a passion for investing and service delivery!


  • Taking inbound calls from clients, advisors, assistants and the sales team
  • Providing information about products, services
  • Updating information on client accounts
  • Managing documents which are required for transactions on the accounts and regulatory restrictions


  • Available to work shifts Monday – Friday 08:00am – 08:00pm
  • Must have post-secondary education
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Motivated to deliver great customer service
  • Excellent communicator with a warm, engaging telephone manner
  • Must be focused, sharp & smart – interested in exploring the financial industry
  • High level of attention to detail is required when handling confidential files
  • Has a passion for the investment industry
