Our client, a professional consulting firm is searching for an experienced Front Desk Administrator..  This friendly boutique believes they are successful for 2 reasons.  They value each and every client and they develop their employees to be the best that they can be.  This pivotal role in the organisation will be responsible for :


  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional, courteous and attentive manner
  • Greeting and assisting all clients and visitors as they arrive at the reception area
  • Maintaining orderliness of the reception area ensuring the desk area is tidy and client and office related packages and materials are treated confidentially
  • Maintaining daily schedule of the whereabouts of all partners and staff
  • Managing mail and courier packages for delivery and pick up, including signing for couriers, completing waybills and maintaining of log books for tracking purposes
  • Preparing client invoices
  • Booking boardrooms for meetings
  • Proofreading letters, documents and financial statements
  • Checking amounts and performing calculations in financial statements, including additions and cross references



If you are an experienced receptionist with at least 2 years of experience and a working knowledge of MSOffice then you might really excel in this role!  Our client wants to find a proactive receptionist with a friendly disposition and who really wants to be part of an environment that treats everyone like family !


Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.  Salary up to 42k
