Front Desk Administrator

Dean Group are hiring a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Downtown, Toronto office.

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting candidates when they arrive on-site for internal interviews
  • Providing administrative support to the team – formatting resumes, posting jobs online and editing documents
  • Forwarding calls to appropriate person
  • Escalate any technical issues to relevant person
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Other clerical duties such as scanning files to our database and data entry

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-year administrative experience
  • MUST be tech savvy and resourceful
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Compiling reports from our CRM database and formatting on MS Excel
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and typing skills
  • High level of attention to detail is required for this position
  • Respectful of people and their confidentiality
