Fund Reporting Coordinator



Our client, a top financial services player at Yonge and Sheppard is searching for an experienced Fund Reporting Coordinator on a 1 year term.. This team provides accurate and efficient financial reporting expertise and regulatory reporting  requirements of the  funds.


Hourly rate 20-23 per hour.


Your responsibilities include:

• • Facilitate processing and record keeping of departmental invoices 
• Collating hard copy and electronic financial statement packages for reviewers, including auditors, board of directors, translators and management 

Coordinate with various internal departments and external vendors to support the compilation of annual and semi-annual Management Reports of Fund Performance (MRFP), financial statements and supporting documents of the Funds 
• Create and update MRFP and financial statement document templates 
• Create and maintain supporting documentation files used in the annual and semi-annual report preparation process 
• Print and distribute review checklists and other reports needed by Fund Reporting Analysts for each reporting cycle 
• Track the status of review comments received from various internal and external parties and help implement any required changes 
• Publish and distribute Fund Facts documents and ETF Facts to internal departments and board of directors for each project cycle 

• Assist group to ensure all deliverables on the Fund Reporting calendar are on time 
• Prepare periodic reports (comprised of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly reports) for internal reporting to senior management and various departments as required 
• Assist in the development of value-added reports 
• Assist with ad hoc requests 

• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role 
• Mutual fund experience strongly preferred 
• Accounting or finance knowledge an asset 
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel 
• Excellent accuracy and strong attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills 
• Knowledge of French an asset but not required
