If you are a skilled administrative assistant with a background in accounting who enjoys a broad scope of duties - then this position calls your name!

You will be the sole admin within a software development firm.

Working in an entrepreneurial firm, you understand that priorities can shift in a moment.  You are skilled at adjusting your focus to meet the changing priorities; without getting flustered.

No job is too junior – or too senior for you.

You are smart, very organized and experienced in handling both admin and accounting related tasks; from ordering kitchen supplies to managing a complex calendar for the executive team. 

Daily accounting duties include A/R, A/P, data entry of cheques.

As an Admin Assistant, you know how to adjust your style to compliment the leadership team.


  • 5 years experience in an administrative assistant role with bookkeeping experience
  • Strong Word and Excel
  • Quickbooks is an asset
  • Very good communication skills
