Help Desk/IT Support/ASAP

1-2 months / $18 per hour

Our client, a professional association in the Downtown core is searching for an experienced  Help Desk assistant on a temporary basis.

Responsible for:
  • Deploying the Window’ s 10 image to both desktop and laptop computers.
  • Scheduling suitable laptop or desktop exchanges with employees, as well as tracking these devices.
  • Installing necessary applications
  • Troubleshooting and testing newly configured devices in order to resolve any issues.

  • Minimum of 1 year’ experience providing remote or in person desktop support to clients with Windows 7 or 10.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows computers, software and desktop applications.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
