Legal Assistants / Law School Grads with Admin Experience

Perm positions – Start work ASAP

Our client, a leader in the legal field with office around the world, is looking for you -   experienced legal assistants with at least 2 years work experience as a legal assistant.

You are professional, enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and love the business of law.

You are proud of your skills – you are highly organized and understand what you need to deliver.

Key duties include:
  • Drafting, proofreading all materials including correspondence, accounts, billings and forms
  • Calendar management for busy lawyers and partners
  • Scheduling meetings with clients, responding to client requests and initiating follow up as needed
  • Responding to letters and emails – must have excellent written skills (including good grammar)
  • Organizing meetings/very busy calendar management
  • Strong Word, Excel and Outlook experience
  • Preparing meeting materials
  • Greeting visitors
  • Providing information and responding to inquiries
  • Filing
