Manager of Customer Service - (Print/Packaging Industry)
As Manager of Customer Service of this North American Supplier you will develop, maintain and manage a customer service driven team.
Oversee all customer service quality practices, procedures and process development.
Ideal Applicant will have the ability to coach and be a natural team builder. Pioneer change management,
problem solving, communication, analytical, and strategic planning. Be an example to others of organizational skills
and take initiative as an active participant in a “ hands-on” work environment.
• Implement/improve strategic client service and retention
• Generate/embrace new ideas that help sustain/grow the business;
• develop and leverage relationships with customers for business objectives;
• Provide guidance, training and support to team for proactive selling, marketing and cross selling products
• Able to collaborate partnership relationships with Customers, Delivery, Warehouse, Procurement and the Sales team
• Working experience in Media, Print, Packaging or Supply Industries
• 3-5 years in Customer Service Management Role
• Post-secondary education required
• SAP expert
