Merchandise Manager/Corporate Gift Procurement

Our client, a leader in Financial Services located   in the downtown core has created a new role to support their institutional sales team, product launches, internal employee milestones and premium client gifts. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring gifts that positively represent their brand and regulatory standards. You will support product launches, and supply merchandise for internal employee giveaways and work within a budget. . You will manage ongoing inventory control, forecast 6 to 12 months ahead   to accommodate procurement cycles and build strong relationships with all internal parties.  Finally you will manage all external vendor relationships and partner with procurement to ensure all vendors have properly executed the Master Service Agreements and proactively look for improvements in service standards.
  • 6 Month Contract
  • Hourly rate -  $25-32 per hour.

  • Minimum 3 years of merchandise planning and procurement
  • Post secondary college or university degree
  • Must have direct experience managing complex budgets
