Office Manager/Administrator Oakville 50 - 55K.

Our client, a small and friendly Public accounting firm is hiring an Office Manager/Administrator. In this role  you will work closely with a staff of 5, and lots of great clients. Clients are mostly medical/legal professionals and private companies. Your positive, friendly and professional attitude will set the perfect tone for the office.

Routine duties include: Managing all aspects of a busy office and keeping the partner on track  with arranging client meetings and tasks, assembling financial documents  and reports with high quality and accuracy.

During tax season you will deal  with Canada Revenue Agency on all non-technical tax reviews. Partners and staff record their own time utilizing CCH Practice Management system from which you will generate invoices.

MS Word is essential, Excel at basic level, some bookkeeping would be a strong asset. Previous experience with Simply Accounting/CCH Practice Management Outlook preferred.
