Our downtown automotive auction client is busy! This office is a fast paced re-marketing centre servicing the wholesale purchase of high volume pre-owned cars through an expansive dealership network across North America.
The Finance department requires addition help for a period of 12 months or longer.
In this role you will serve as a support resource for several members of the finance and accounting team.
Duties will include bank deposit preparation, preparing accounting invoices, calling car dealerships to send financial documents related to their online purchases, process cancellations/adjustments entries in SAP (will train)
Other duties include corresponding with suppliers using Outlook, data entry, and basic clerical tasks.
MS Word and Excel at intermediate level as you will be trained on Pivot tables and VLookup functions
Must be able to use formulas and shortcuts on Excel
Must be familiar with debit/credit as related to client accounts
You will also act as a point of contact for dealership members, vendors, suppliers, lenders, and other financial partners.
Strong computer and software skills and be able to use several open systems simultaneously. SAP is a strong asset.
This role may lead into a 1 year maternity contract for the right person.
Starts immediately. A clear criminal background check is required.
