CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR required for a successful commercial construction company
to assist the project management team.  In this position, you will assist with change orders,
tenders, RFP process, insurance, bonding, review of all contract documentation and archiving of same,
assist with customer and client requests, some account management to include Accounts Receivable
functions ie invoicing, progress draws, account reconciliation, preparing correspondence and reports as
required.  The successful Candidate will have a certification and/or diploma in construction management
and/or architecture, proficiency in MS Office, accounting experience, database management, sound
communication skills both written and verbal.  This position provides for diversity and the
opportunity for continued personal growth and development.  Candidates must have three to five
years of Project coordination experience in construction to be considered for this position.  Our Client offers a competitive remuneration
