Markham location

2-month contract @20.00 per hour

We are looking for a Parts and Warranty administrator who will support internal departments and external dealerships across Canada by receiving, sorting and processing warranty parts.


You are accountable to track claims and payments and ensure they are coded properly. 


You will track inventory of specific parts, sort and prepare parts for shipments as well as coordinating the corporate parts recycling program.  This also includes coding and tracking defective parts and returning them to the vendor


Strong MS Office skills are used as all data and requests are documented and tracked with Excel reporting required. 


You will respond to dealership inquiries and ensure the overall efficiency and accuracy of this operation.



Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.

Minimum one-year work related experience in in a coordinating or parts related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
