New Home Customer Service Coordinator

In this exciting role, you will be the main contact for all new home buyers ensuring that they have top notch service from time of purchase to closing by answering all enquiries.   You will also assist with responding to site and trade inquiries about the homes while they are under construction.  Location:    North East GTA


  • Processing and enter new Agreements into Rems.
  • Responsible for sending out thank you letters, dé cor, closing letters, and notice of commencement of construction letters.
  • Assist with the preparation of extension letters and responsible for the distribution to the purchasers. Notify purchasers of closing date changes.
  • Responsible for sending out all written correspondence prior to closing i.e. home constructed in mirror image, not able to install man door due to grade, walk out decks, general project update mail outs and all other construction letters.
  • Review of dé cor appointment to ensure information is correct and distribution to site admin.
  • Enters upgrades into Rems and processes payment i.e. Visa, MasterCard or cheque.
  • Keep spreadsheet monitoring dé cor appointments to ensure that they are conducted in a timely manner and monies spent.
  • Release keys to home owners
