RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR required for leading real estate developer  in the GTA to manage a busy reception area and handle all office administrative requirements.  Candidates must have three or more years of reception and administrative experience to include, answering of phones, overseeing and ordering of office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, preparing any notices or correspondence as required, sorting marketing material and distribution of same along with other adhoc duties.  This is a valuable customer service position whereby you assist both internal  and external customers.   If you possess exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, advanced Microsoft Office skills and you enjoy being the " go to" person in an  office environment,  please forward your Resume in confidence to:
