Administrative Assistant

1 Month Temporary Position (Possibility of Extension)

Salary:  $16.00 /Hour

Location:  North Toronto

Our client is currently seeking a bright and professional Administrative Assistant for a 6 month contract for their organization.  In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Reception duties such as answering incoming phone calls, greeting guests, issuing visitor passes, etc
  • Coordinating travel arrangements as required
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Coordinating and setting up meetings
  • Responsible for petty cash.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
