JUNIOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR required for construction contracting company full time to handle the front office and support the project management team! Our Client is seeking someone with two years of front end administrative experience, sound computer skills, excellent communication and inter-personal skills, someone who can effectively multi-task in a changing environment and be able to function well. Great junior position with opportunity for continued personal growth. Duties will include:
Answering phones, handling mail and couriers, matching invoices to purchase orders.
Posting invoices to our accounting program for payment by our accountant.
Acting as a liaison with the job site landlords for pre-construction rules and regulations before we start a job.
Preparing bids and bid documents, with the help of our estimator..
Collecting documents from trades people and architects and engineers, and arranging to close building permits at the end of a project.
Ordering office supplies.
