Senior Administrative Assistant to HR Team/Top Toronto Employer!

Our client, a downtown high profile Professional Services organisation is searching for an experienced and pro active Senior Administrator to join their HR group. Your responsibilities will include the planning and delivery of confidential human resource administrative functions to the Director and her team. You will coordinate Human Resources corporate functions such as administering and coordinating training programs, screening and preparing correspondence, responding to a full range of Human Resources inquiries, coordinating travel itineraries, scheduling appointments, booking board rooms for meetings and arranging catering when necessary, preparing cheque and purchase order requisitions, processing invoices and expense claims related to the department, assisting in the preparation of the HR department budget, and finally be a solid communicator between HR and the rest of the departments within the organisation.

These are just a few of the tasks that you will be responsible for in addition to any other projects as assigned by the HR team.

5 plus years providing administrative support to a busy team

Ideal candidate will have administrative experience within an HR setting

Advanced understanding of MS Office.

Completion of University education is a must

Knowledge of Human Resources principles is an asset as is experience working with an HRIS system.

Please note that candidates pursuing their HR designations will not necessarily be considered as this is an administrative role and this client needs someone who is hoping to stay within the executive support capacity long term.

Salary range 52-55k  Maternity Leave until November 2019
