Team Manager, Financial Adjustments

Due to expansion our client is searching for a Team Manager, Financial Adjustments.  In this exciting new role you will  be responsible for managing and leading a team of adjustment reps to ensure timely accurate and efficient resolution of all issues. This will include hiring, mentoring and developing individual coaching plans.  You will manage the day to day operations of the team, take the lead to ensure client escalations are handled efficiently with the utmost professionalism, while ensuring all day to day responsibilities of the team are completed to meet industry and Regulatory requirements


  • A minimum of 3 years operations and or customer service experience in the financial services industry
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in people management, coaching and or training will be an asset
  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • IFIC Operations Course and or CSC would be an asset
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • You have a track record of coaching and developing teams to deliver strong performance results
