Job Description

Our client, an established Financial Services Leader is expanding their HR team and are seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Employee Relations Manager.

To be a fit for this role you will need a University degree, High level knowledge of Employment legislation, and 5 years of HR Generalist experience. This is a hybrid work model for a downtown location. 

You will educate and coach department managers on topics including HR Policy, compensation, time off, performance management, terminations, and Leave of Absence management. You will respond to employees providing first level HR support with all matters regarding Employee Relations.

Salary range: 100-110k  Plus 25% Bonus Plus RSP contributions, Tuition reimbursement, Health Care Spending Account, Home Office set-up.
