Salary: Up to $88,000 + 20% Bonus + RRSP
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Job Summary
Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking a Bilingual (FR/EN) Proposal Writer with Financial Services Expertise to join their growing team. This role serves as the central point for all proposals, consultant databases, and client reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality proposals and insights that support business growth and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute the coordination, development, and completion of proposals
• Maintain and update consultant databases
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proposal processes are smooth
• Deliver customized client reports and presentations for institutional clients
What Makes You a Fit
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
• 3+ years of experience in RFP or proposal writing within financial services
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Knowledge of institutional investment products is an asset
