Job Description
Bilingual Insurance Contact Centre - Remote Across Canada - French/English
Permanent 50-54K
An industry leading insurance firm located in the Kitchener/ Waterloo area is seeking dynamic French/English Client Service Reps to join their growing Medical and Dental coverage contact centre team.
The role is open to candidates across Canada who prefer to work remotely. There is also the option to work on-site in the stunning state of the art office 2-3 days per week.
The Medical and Dental Coverage Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 8:30am-7:30pm. EST. Candidates must be flexible to work within these hours.
In addition to a competitive salary, starting day one there is a comprehensive benefit package which includes pension, annual bonus, medical/dental coverage and much more.
Interested candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written French and English communication skills as well as 2-3 years Contact Centre/ Call Centre experience. Insurance industry experience is an asset.
