Administrative Assistant / Accounting Clerk

Temporary Assignment / Downtown Toronto

4 weeks (possible extension) $23.00 per hour!

Our client, a provincial government agency, to have an administrative professional who has experience in:
  • Calendar management
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Liaising with internal and external callers to provide required information
  • Invoicing; determining budgeted amounts versus actuals and investigating differences
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget
  • Preparing reports
