Compensation Manager - Sales Commissions
Our client is a well-respected company with a successful 35-year presence in the investment industry helping Canadian investors build a better financial future.
In this newly created role for Compensation Manager, you will report to the Head of Compensation and Benefits for an organization with over 1400 employees. As a leader in their industry, they are seeking an experienced compensation professional with expertise in sales compensation. You will lead the annual variable compensation plan modeling and commission payments for the business. This role will also be involved in year-end compensation cycles as well as diverse projects that range from share program reviews, variable plan design, annual policy reviews and ad-hoc analysis and benchmarking. If you have 3-5 years of compensation experience in the banking or investment industry, this could be an amazing opportunity for you!
You will be part of a high-performing team that collaborates well in a hybrid work environment. The company offer a flexible, hybrid work arrangement of 1 day in the office/ week (Downtown TO) along with an attractive base salary and robust bonus plan along with exceptional benefits, a share purchase plan, and a competitive RRSP program.
