About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who will support the development and deployment of the practical experience requirements in this firm’s Certification Program, including content development, reporting requirements and systems, process and workflows and stakeholder resources. We need this person to be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for mentoring and program development. You’ll collaborate with employers, students, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to the updated standards, while guiding stakeholders through new processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and convert workplans for employers training students, aligning with new regulatory and program requirements.
- Create and deliver engaging communications and resources (e.g., presentations, webinars, FAQs) to educate stakeholders on program changes.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of practical experience workflows and reporting systems.
- Act as a mentor and resource to employers and students navigating the new certification landscape.
Who You Are:
- A CPA in good standing with at least 5 years of post-designation experience.
- Experienced in public accounting, corporate, or government environments.
- Skilled in mentoring, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present complex information clearly.
