Position: Executive Assistant Investments and Private Wealth - 12 Month Maternity Contract 
Type: Hybrid Model (In-office Monday–Thursday, Work from Home Friday)
Location: Downtown Toronto, ON
Salary: Up to 85k

The Company and the Role:
Our client, a high-profile financial services firm located in Toronto’s Financial District, is seeking a Executive Assistant to support a boutique-style office. This role is a 12-month maternity leave contract and will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
 
In this position, you will support a Managing Director. Responsibilities include coordinating complex international travel, processing expenses, preparing correspondence, maintaining CRM records, managing office and client hospitality, and creating a welcoming, professional environment for both staff and clients.
 
What Makes You a Fit:
  • Minimum 8 years of stable, progressive administrative experience
  • Must have administrative experience within financial or investment services
  • Strong experience supporting senior-level executives or advisory teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, including complex calendar management and international scheduling
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Professional, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence
