Position: Insurance Defence Litigation Law Clerk
Type: Hybrid (2-3 days on site)
Location: North York ( subway line) or Ottawa, ON
Industry: Legal 
Salary 65-80k Plus Bonus Plus 3 Weeks Vacation, Benefits, Gym Membership 
 
The Company and The Role:
Our client is a boutique law firm with offices in North York and Ottawa specializing in Insurance Defence Litigation. Under the supervision of the Director, Finance & Operations, you will be assigned Accident Benefits and Tort files and work closely with a lawyer.
 
What Makes You A Fit:
  1. 2-5 years of experience in Insurance Defence 
  2. Completion or working towards a Law Clerk Diploma
  3. Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Effective communicator who is client service oriented
  6. Thorough understand of litigation legal documents
