SENIOR LEASE ADMINISTRATOR/LAW CLERK required for leading real estate management company in the KWC area.   Our Client is seeking an experienced individual with administrative experience in commercial and retail lease documentation, land development agreements, and other ancillary legal documentation as required.   This is an integral position within the senior management team whereby you provide legal administrative advice and support to the team.  You will be responsible for the sourcing of information, the preparation and follow through of the life cycle of all legal documentation to completion.  Candidates preferred will have five or more years of commercial and retail lease administrative experience, advanced computer skills, exceptional organizational skills, proficient communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office.  This just may be the "fulfilling" opportunity you are seeking   A certification in legal administration and/or Paralegal or Law Clerk Diploma is required.  A competitive remuneration package is being offered.  Please forward your Resume in the strictest of confidence to:  Thank you to all applicants but only those with the required experience will be contacted.   We appreciate your time and consideration.
