Our client is a collaborative and close-knit boutique law firm located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Their team is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services in employment and labour law, and pride themselves on fostering a supportive and team-oriented work environment.

Position Overview:
This client is adding an additional detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant with experience in employment and labour law. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to providing outstanding support to our legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines
  • Maintain and organize client files (both electronic and physical)
  • Assist with court filings and document service
  • Conduct basic legal research and support case preparation

  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in employment and labour law
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skill
