Position Overview:
This client is adding an additional detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant with experience in employment and labour law. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to providing outstanding support to our legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate deadlines
- Maintain and organize client files (both electronic and physical)
- Assist with court filings and document service
- Conduct basic legal research and support case preparation

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in employment and labour law
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skill
