Location: Downtown Toronto 8:30 to 5 Onsite 2 days a week
Salary: Up to 125k Based on experience Plus 25% Bonus Plus RRSP

This firm is eager to find a dynamic Manager, Content Marketing who specifically brings expertise from the Retail Private Wealth space and in leading a team of marketers to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with their customer segments. . A marketing SME who can develop the strategic content to build a “Best in Class” strategy and really improve the customer journey. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to develop and guide their team to be on the cutting edge of where marketing is going.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling corporate marketing materials to effectively support the growth of their emerging business and drive engagement from their target audience.
- Create purposeful and data-driven content that aligns with market and consumer trends, leveraging research and analysis to engage relevant audiences and drive organic search traffic.
- Work with your team to lead the design, development, and approval of the annual content strategy. with input from business SMEs
- Develop customized customer journeys that enhance engagement and conversion within existing marketing programs or new initiatives, specifically for their emerging line of business.
- Thorough knowledge of the wealth management industry, with a strong grasp of the needs of retail investors and advisors.
- Proven track record of creating customized and captivating content in various formats and styles to effectively engage and convert audiences.
- Deep understanding of key factors in both acquiring and retaining customers through marketing strategies.
- Expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), including knowledge of best practices and content optimization tools.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience gained in a marketing or communications function within private wealth
- Proven track record of managing a high performing marketing team
- Completion of a post secondary education.
- IFIC or CSC designation considered an asset
