PH Vet Administrative Specialist (Hybrid – Mississauga, ON)
12-month Temporary Contract Position - $30/hour
The leading company’s sales division is hiring a PH Vet Administrative Specialist to support the team with event coordination, presentation development, and high-level administrative support.
You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinating team events, training, and meetings
• Creating polished PowerPoint presentations
• Managing calendars, scheduling, and documents
• Processing expenses, invoices, and SAP POs
• Supporting Pharmalink and marketing material distribution
• Assisting with onboarding and team communication
You Bring
• 3+ years of administrative experience
• Strong event planning skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Experience in animal health, pharma, or sales is an asset
