Plant Manager (Printing / Packaging)
As a Plant Manager you would ensure safety and all established regulations within the workplace.
Ensure production objective requirements are met on a daily basis. Act as a mentor to employees and facilitate
continuous improvement in performance. Work in conjunction with other departments. View production schedule
on a daily basis, in order to schedule manning requirements by production. Meet and surpass all set quality standards
and efficiency standards. Conduct team and safety meetings on a monthly basis. Communicate Company policies
and procedures for a safe and clean plant operation. Train employees in job duties, safety procedures and Company
policies. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Prepare
production and other reports. Ensure that production data is presented in an accurate and timely basis.
Requirements:
10 years’ experience within print/packaging environment
5 years’ experience within plant management role
Leadership, coaching, flexibility, and adaptability required
Experience working with press operators, finishing operators, maintenance
and production personnel in print or packaging environments.
