Position: Senior Estates Law Clerk for a Long Standing  Mid sized Law Firm
Type: Hybrid work model
Location: Guelph Region

Who They Are Looking For
Located in the heart of Guelph in beautiful offices, our client is looking for a Senior Estates Law Clerk who brings both Estate Administration and Estate Accounting experience. You will be working alongside a well established department of 11 lawyers and several law clerks.
  • Valuating Asset of Estates
  • Assist in Estate Accounting and Estate trustees and liaison with banks, lawyers and courts
  • Prepare and submit all court forms required for Certificate of Appointment with Ontario Superior court locations
  • Organize and track estate files
  • Assist trustees with asset liquidation and distribution and residential funds
  • Provide general administration of estate files
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as an Estates Law Clerk
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with clients, lawyers and other professionals
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
