Tax Operations Administrator/Financial Services Leader
  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Provide duplicate tax receipts and Income summaries upon request
    • Review of reports and maintenance of programs that support client tax reporting
    • Pull client data and prepare examples for split shares, trust units, exchanged traded funds and limited partnership
    • Compare the CDS posting to Dataphile Security Master (i.e. record date, payable date and rate)
    • Follow-up with issuers with outstanding yearly tax information
    • Maintain the spreadsheet for trust units, exchanged traded funds and  limited  partnerships
    • Complete various ad-hoc functions within the department when and as required for both Plan and Non-Plan year-end tax reporting

Education & Experience
  • Completion of a post-secondary program
  • Canadian Securities Course completion an asset
  • 1-2 years experience in a tax operations role within financial services


6 Month Contract   Monday to Friday  $ 21-25 per hour based on experience
