Our client, a respected regulatory organization, is seeking a Regulatory Prosecutor to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys advocacy, litigation, investigations, and professional discipline matters and mentoring staff. The VP has a succession plan in place for this role so any leadership background is an asset. 

In this role, you will prosecute complex professional conduct cases, work closely with investigators and regulatory staff, and appear before discipline committees and tribunals. This position offers meaningful work that directly supports public protection and professional accountability in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage professional misconduct and disciplinary prosecutions.
• Assess investigative findings and provide legal advice regarding regulatory and enforcement matters.
• Prepare notices of hearing, pleadings, motions, written submissions, and settlement proposals.
• Examine and cross-examine witnesses at hearings.
• Advise investigators and internal stakeholders throughout the investigation and prosecution process.

Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• 10 plus years experience in professional regulation, administrative law, tribunal advocacy, regulatory enforcement, discipline proceedings, or litigation is a MUST
• Strong hearing advocacy, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and commitment to procedural fairness and public protection.

Our client, a friendly personal injury boutique law firm, is seeking a Senior Law Clerk to support  2 busy lawyers. This role is integral to ensuring files move efficiently through the litigation and settlement process.

In this position, you will play a key role in managing case files, coordinating documentation, and communicating with clients throughout the life cycle of personal injury claims. You will assist with drafting legal documents, organizing evidence, maintaining litigation calendars, and preparing materials for mediations, discoveries, and trial preparation. You will also act as an important point of contact for clients, helping guide them through forms, collecting relevant information, and providing updates on case progress while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 5 years of  personal injury,ideally with plaintiff experience.

• Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and personal injury documentation

Our client, an industry leader in the animal science pharmaceutical space, is seeking a Bilingual French/English Inside Sales Representative to support both the Quebec and Maritimes markets. This is a long term contract can be remote for an individual residing within Quebec.


The Inside Sales (RAM) team drives remote customer engagement, supports field sales, executes marketing programs, and contributes to the company’s omnichannel strategy. Responsibilities include virtual customer meetings, CRM management, order processing, territory analysis, and building long term veterinary customer relationships. Strong communication, sales experience, and comfort with virtual platforms are essential.
